City Attorney publishes research regarding City Council vacancies
Pursuant to the direction of Mayor Joe Berkey, we conducted legal research and analysis regarding the procedure and requirements for filling vacancies in the Spring Hill City Council and the City's, and the Mayor's options to appoint council members for the existing council vacancies.
