Lecture 06 | Ole Bouman & Beatrice Leanza _ Displaying the City
The exhibition China Goes Urban - The City to Come, curated by Politecnico di Torino and Prospekt Photographers, in collaboration with Tsinghua University and Intesa Sanpaolo, promoted by Fondazione Torino Musei, is accompanied by a rich programme of events.

In the framework of the Head-to-Head Interviews cycle - Dialogues on the Chinese urbanization - on Thursday 22 April, Michele Bonino, curator of the exhibition, will interview Ole Bouman, Founding Director of Design Society (Shenzhen) and Beatrice Leanza, executive director of MAAT - Museum of Art, Architecture and Technology (Lisbon).

With their important curatorial experiences in China - from Design Society to Beijing Design week, from Shenzhen Biennale to Across Chinese Cities - our guests will discuss how the city can be exhibited, for which audience, and with what educational, cultural and political objectives. From this point of view, do establish methods adapt to the Chinese city, or does it require new ways of exhibiting and communicating?
