We love all things Christmas here at TikTok
With the festive season well and truly underway, TikTok is launching a whole host of festive-inspired music playlists, hashtag challenges and special artist performances to get everyone in the Christmas spirit.
We have a star-studded line up of Christmas LIVEs, with artists performing festive covers and sharing their own festive tracks.
Kicking off on 2nd December at 7pm is TikTok favourite Tom Rosenthal whose numerous viral tracks, including 'Home' and 'Lights Are On' and sense of humour have charmed the TikTok community. He will be followed by the one and only Gary Barlow on the evening of 10th December, who has just released his brand new album 'The Dream of Christmas'. Rounding up the fun, we have Luz on the 16th who is set to bring all the Christmas vibes, having just released her festive track 'Christmas Morning'.
Alongside the LIVEs, we will also have exclusive guest playlists from artists Nathan Evans and Sir Elton John, plus more to come throughout December. Nathan knows a thing or two about popular sounds (remember when Sea Shanties rocked the world earlier this year?!), whilst Sir Elton John is a musical and TikTok legend who knows how to get us feeling festive.
We have also curated five new Christmas inspired playlists for all your Christmas needs, including so whether you're ready for the sounds of Love Actually again, or a lover of classic carols, we've got something for you! Now available on the TikTok Sounds Page, creators can use everything from Justin Bieber's 'Mistletoe' to John Lennon's 'Happy Xmas' in their video creations.
Finally, our#ChristmasCover hashtag challenge is back for a second year Last Christmas we saw some incredible covers from TikTok users and artists, including Sigala, Olly Alexander and Sir Andrew Lloyd-Webber. We can't wait to see what songs our community gets creative with this year!
