Announcement on Supervisory board's transactions in NLBR shares

Pursuant to the rules of the Stock Exchanges relating to Article 19 of the Regulation (EU) No 596/2014, NLB d.d., Trg republike 2, 1000 Ljubljana announces the Supervisory board's transaction in NLBR shares.

This announcement will be available on the NLB's website (www.nlb.si) as of 18 August 2022 for a period of at least 5 years.
