Last night at approximately 11:40 p.m., officers responded to 4040 N. Quebec Street after receiving reports of a shooting that occurred in one of the rooms. When officers arrived, they located the adult female victim suffering from a gunshot wound inside of a room. She was transported to the hospital with serious injuries but is expected to survive.
