KMC Properties ASA – Share capital increase registered
Reference is made to the stock exchange announcement published on 16 September 2021 by KMC Properties ASA ("KMC Properties" or the "Company") regarding the successful completion of a private placement of new shares. The share capital increase pertaining to the issuance of the 37,500,000 new shares in the private placement has today been registered with the Norwegian Register of Business Enterprises. The Company's new registered share capital is 55,849,308.80, divided on 279,246,544 shares with a nominal value of NOK 0.2 each.
