Dynatrace recognized for best company culture for second straight year

Waltham, MASS - December 12, 2019 - Software intelligence company Dynatrace (NYSE: DT) today announced that it has won recognition for two new company awards. For the second year in a row, Dynatrace was selected from tens of thousands of companies to be awarded the 2019 Comparably Awards for Best Company Culture and recognized John Van Siclen among the Best CEOs. Dynatrace joins other industry-leading organizations such as Microsoft, Starbucks, Zoom and Google as one of the best overall companies for culture according to Comparably.

These accolades are the latest recognitions that Dynatrace has earned for its company culture which emphasizes building a workplace where every team member plays a crucial part in driving innovation across all functions to transform how Dynatrace and its customers do business.

'We are honored to receive these notable recognitions, and I am especially proud because our rankings on these lists were based on our employees' feedback. We've always believed Dynatrace's most important difference is its people, and these awards validate that belief,' said John Van Siclen, CEO at Dynatrace. 'These awards are a direct reflection of our commitment to fostering and growing a workplace that is dynamic, inclusive and rewarding for our incredible team.'

Dynatrace employees recognize the company's intentions to create a culture that embraces innovation, growth and inclusion. In the Comparably Awards, Dynatrace employees expressed their feedback on why it's such a great place to work, including:

  • 'Every day is different, with lots of opportunity to grow and learn new things.'
  • 'The leadership team is passionate and involved - they are true leaders!'
  • 'For the first time in my career, I finally look forward to 'going to work' in the morning.'

'The businesses on our annual list had the top ratings by employees on Comparably.com, beating out tens of thousands of companies to claim their rightful place among the best places to work of 2019.'
