Ready To Share Your "Join The Club" Personal Story?

Tickets On Sale Now For StorySLAM Performance Saturday, June 8

The city of Las Vegas StorySLAM "Join The Club" seeks storytellers who can weave captivating narratives about the trials and triumphs of finding one's place, even when the path is paved with detours. We want your heartfelt stories of connections that didn't always fit the mold. From misguided attempts at fitting in to bittersweet tales of longing for acceptance, you can tell your story.

If you are ready to share your bittersweet tale at StorySLAM "Join The Club," and wish to be considered as a storyteller for the June 8 StorySLAM performance, submit your story by email to [email protected] by May 1, 2024.

Selected storytellers will have the opportunity to enhance their storytelling skills, refine their narrative and connect with fellow storytellers through three free workshops. These workshops will be held on the three Wednesdays leading up to the event ― May 22, May 29 and June 5 ― from 6:30 to 8 p.m. at the Charleston Heights Arts Center.

This "Join The Club" StorySLAM will shine a spotlight on heartfelt stories of wanting to belong. Join us for an extraordinary evening where tales of meaning, memories and significance unfold. Reserved-seat tickets are available now for the single 7 p.m. StorySLAM performance Saturday, June 8, at Charleston Heights Arts Center, located at 800 S. Brush St. The event will be hosted by Dayvid Figler.
