TAT Technologies Reports a new Partnership with Honeywell.

TAT Technologies Ltd. is pleased to announce that TAT Piedmont, a fully owned subsidiary, signed a new strategic MRO agreement with Honeywell for the repair of APU 331-500.

TAT Piedmont is a leading independent licensed MRO station for the repair of APU 331-200, APU 36 and APU 85/95 and also serves as Honeywell's exclusive rental bank provider for the APU 331-500, for both commercial and military applications. TAT Piedmont serves customers from the US and Europe from its North Carolina facility.

Igal Zamir, CEO and President of TAT Technologies, stated, 'We are pleased with the signing of another strategic agreement with Honeywell for the MRO of APU331-500 following the signing of the last two strategic agreements in 2020. This APU serves the fleet of B777 and opens another substantial market for TAT and is expected to increase our revenues as of 2022.'

TAT's activities in the area of MRO Services for heat transfer components and OEM of heat transfer solutions primarily include the MRO of heat transfer components and to a lesser extent, the manufacturing of certain heat transfer solutions. TAT's Limco subsidiary operates an FAA-certified repair station, which provides heat transfer MRO services for airlines, air cargo carriers, maintenance service centers and the military.

TAT's activities in the area of MRO services for aviation components include the MRO of APUs, landing gears and other aircraft components. TAT's Piedmont subsidiary operates an FAA-certified repair station, which provides aircraft component MRO services for airlines, air cargo carriers, maintenance service centers and the military.

TAT's activities in the area of overhaul and coating of jet engine components includes the overhaul and coating of jet engine components, including turbine vanes and blades, fan blades, variable inlet guide vanes and afterburner flaps.
