Army Scout Masters international contest kicks off in Novosibirsk

The opening of the Army Scout Masters competition, held as part of the International Army Games 2021, took place on the territory of the Novosibirsk Higher Military Command School.

The opening ceremony was attended by representatives of the leadership of the Armed Forces of the Russian Federation, the armed forces of foreign states, representatives of the regional administration, team members.

The strongest teams from the Russian Federation, the People's Republic of China, the Republic of Belarus, the Republic of Uzbekistan, the Republic of South Ossetia and the Republic of India take part in the competition.

The international stage of Army Scout Masters competition will be held from August 22 to September 4 on the territory of the Novosibirsk High Military Command School - one of the leading military educational institutions of the country, which currently trains commanders of reconnaissance and motorized rifle units for all types and branches of the Armed Forces of the Russian Federation, as well as other departments.

During the competition, military intelligence officers will have to overcome the scout's path and force water barriers. Also, the performance of the march, shooting, and driving combat vehicle skills will be assessed. All competitions will be held in conditions close to combat.
