Cuatrecasas advises Gimeno Servicios Compartidos, S.L. on acquiring Obremo, S.L.

The firm advised Gimeno Servicios Compartidos, S.L. on buying shares of Obremo, S.L., a company specializing in global engineering services and facilities, and the marketing and maintenance of telecommunications, water, gas, renewable energy, infrastructure and electricity.

The Gimeno group has acquired complete control of the company, after having acquired 43.33% in 2019. The purchase enables the group to continue with its growth and expansion strategy, and to extend its portfolio of services mainly aimed at energy and infrastructure companies.

The Cuatrecasas team handling the project was made up of Juan Grima (partner) and María Furest (lawyer), with the collaboration of Cinta Gallent (secretary).
