The Authority has been notified that the Isle of Man Treasury has recently published new and updated information regarding the above Sanction regimes.

In light of the rapidly developing situation several changes of sanctions are now commonly occurring on a daily basis. The Authority intends to restrict updates to a daily basis for the foreseeable future incorporating changes notified up to 1600hrs on the day of publication.

HM Treasury operate an 'alert' system to provide email updates as and when changes to sanctions are introduced. Licenceholders may consider it very prudent to avail themselves of this service if they do not already have relevant notification processes in place.
