Consul General of Germany calls on FOCINC, WNC

Dr Juergen Morhad, Consul General of Germany, Consulate of Germany, Mumbai called on Vice Admiral Ajendra Bahadur Singh, FOCINC, WNC on 20 January 2022. The Consul General and the FOCINC discussed various issues of common interest, including defence technology, Make in India, initiatives towards professional cooperation between the navies, and the outlook of the German Navy towards shared maritime interests. The meeting was a precursor to the visit of German Navy Ship Bayern that would be making a port call at Mumbai. On completion of the port visit an Exercise is planned to further enhance the professional bonds between the navies.
