Caltrans Proposes Replacement of the Trancas Creek Bridge

The California Department of Transportation (Caltrans) District 7 proposes to replace the Trancas Creek Bridge on Pacific Coast Highway (PCH/SR-1) in Malibu due to the age of the bridge and its vulnerability to erosion.

A public hearing on the Trancas Creek Bridge Replacement Project is scheduled on Thursday, May 25, from 6:00-8:00 PM, at the Malibu West Beach Club (30756 Pacific Coast Hwy) where the project's Draft Initial Study/Environmental Assessment (IS/EA) will be discussed.

Written comments will be accepted by Caltrans through June 5, 2017 at:
