Bi-Annual Shredding and Recycling Event

Date: Saturday, May 7

Time: 9 a.m. - 12 p.m.

Location: 3826 Milton St. Pease approach Milton St by entering College Street from University Boulevard.

The following items will be accepted from West U residents:

• Paper (limited to 5 banker boxes per household)
• Mattresses
• E-Waste, which includes computers, laptops, printers, DVD players and game consoles
• Household metals such as cookware, faucets, metal furniture, sinks, etc.

Hazardous household waste such as chemicals, paint, and batteries are not accepted at this collection event.

The City's second recycling event for the year is scheduled for the first Saturday in November - just in time for fall cleaning!
