The Stopping Up Of Highways (Land Encompassing Longmeadow Court, Newport) Order 2024

This Order will stop up an area of highway on Longmeadow Court, Newport, for the demolition of existing vacant properties and the development of 35 units and associated works, in accordance with planning permission granted under Part 3 of the 1990 Act by Newport City Council on 2 October 2023 with reference 21/1068. The stopping up of a length of the existing highway is considered necessary to facilitate this development.
