VPP is looking to transform the pet health industry by increasing its strategic partnerships with veterinarians. With capital from Audax, VPP will expand its animal hospital footprint and enhance the high-quality client services it provides to companion animals and their families.
Troutman Pepper acted as special counsel to VPP's executive team and rollover shareholders in connection with the equity side of the transaction. The deal was led by Partner John Jones and included partners Solomon Hunter Jr., Alyson Pirio, and Michael Crumbock.
