We have started the construction of the Equipment and Transport Base in Urzut

Works on a new, larger base began in October. Foundation works and masonry works on the ground floor have already been completed. The hall floor is already being prepared for the installation of the crane for the assembly of prefabricated poles. At the same time, work is also underway on the target roads, the storage yard and external installations. The assembly of the steel structure is planned from January.

- Due to the development of the Company and the increased order portfolio, we have decided to expand our technical base. The facility in Urzut will allow for even more efficient implementation of services that support our construction projects - says Jacek Szymanek, Member of the Management Board of Mostostal Warszawa.

About the building

The new base will be a two-level building with a total area of almost 3,000 m2. It will be divided into a social and office part related to the service of the hall and the central laboratory, and a warehouse with a renovation part. The social and office part will be intended for service and laboratory workers. A renovation part is provided in the warehouse, allowing for minor repairs of the equipment of the hardware base. In addition, there will be: an accumulation and evaporation tank, a sanitary sewage system with a sewage treatment plant, a rainwater sewage system with drainage, a gas installation, parking spaces, a parking and unloading yard, a waste collection site, communication system and area lighting.
