1.The preliminary consolidated operating revenues in June 2021 totaled NT$ 38,823,509 thousand. Thepreliminary consolidated operating income totaled NT$ 7,883,475 thousand. The preliminary consolidatedincome before income tax totaled NT$ 8,306,263 thousand. 2.Information for the Company's carbon steel sales volume (non-consolidated basis) is as follows: The sales volume of carbon steel in June 2021 totaled 806,081 tons. Accumulated sales volume of carbonsteel as of June 2021 totaled 4,921,998 tons. 3. Monthly performance summary: The increase of consolidated operating income in this month is mainly from the strong recovery of steelmarket and the increase in ASP of steel department surpassed that of ASC. Besides, the non-operatingincome of Chung Hung Steel is higher in this month from the gain on disposal of investments and gainarising from financial assets at fair value through profit or loss of its investment in YUSCO. The preliminaryconsolidated income before income tax this month increased by NT$ 680 million in total. |
