Mayor Quill Proclaims September as Kate and Harry Freeman International Underground Railroad Month in the City of Auburn

September 15, 2022 Mayor Michael D. Quill welcomed Pastor Ted Freeman, Jr. to Memorial City Hall for a presentation of a Key to the City upon the occasion of Pastor Freeman's homecoming celebration to Auburn. The event was a featured event of the City of Auburn's Harriet Tubman Bicentennial celebration and Mayor Quill proclaimed the month of September 2022 as Kate and Harry Freeman International Underground Railroad Month in the City of Auburn.
