Temporary Closure of Front Counter Services September 26 and September 27 – Whitehorse RCMP Detachment

Please be advised the Front Counter of the Whitehorse Detachment, 4100 Fourth Avenue, Whitehorse, YT will be temporarily closed from 08:00 a.m. on Monday, September 26, 2022 until 01:00 p.m. on Tuesday, September 27, 2022. This closure is to allow for education for the support staff.

There will be no disruption in policing services as Whitehorse RCMP officers are still available to respond to calls for service/assistance to the public.

The Whitehorse RCMP Detachment front door remains open to access a phone to call for RCMP assistance. There is a phone in the lobby that will automatically direct you to the non-emergency line (867-667-5555) where your report will be taken.

To report an incident that requires urgent/emergency attendance by police, please call 911.

To report a non-urgent matter to the police please call 867-667-5555. You may also report non-urgent matters or crimes not in progress (such a property offences) to the Whitehorse RCMP through the "Online Crime Reporting Tool " at https://ocre-sielc.rcmp-grc.gc.ca/whitehorse/en

If you require services such as Criminal Record Checks, you may submit completed Criminal Record Check forms to [email protected]or attend the Detachment upon reopening on September 27, 2022 at 1 pm.
