BIRMINGHAM MEDICAID DISTRICT OFFICE TO RELOCATE DECEMBER 1, 2021

MONTGOMERY, Ala. - The Alabama Medicaid Agency is relocating the Birmingham District Office to the Beacon Ridge Tower (600 Beacon Parkway West, Suite 105, Homewood, Alabama) on Wednesday, December 1, 2021.

The current office location, 468 Palisades Blvd. in Birmingham, will continue operating until Tuesday, November 30, 2021.

Operations are limited during the transition until the new location is fully operational.
Staff will remain at the current location to accept completed applications in-person through November 30, 2021. Recipients may apply for Medicaid online at www.Medicaid.Alabama.gov or by mailing signed applications to P.O. Box 304839, Montgomery, AL 36130-4839. Current recipients needing assistance are encouraged to contact their caseworkers by phone during this transition.
