McCaul on Passage of Ukraine Democracy Defense Lend-Lease Act

Washington, D.C. - House Foreign Affairs Committee Lead Republican Michael McCaul applauds the bipartisan passage of the Ukraine Democracy Defense Lend-Lease Act. This bill callson the administration, whether by loan or lease, tosupply weapons to Ukraine's arsenal.
