Hope Valley Barracks

At 11:38 PM, Troopers arrested Devon A. Jackson, age 33 of 29 Erin Street, Apartment B, Middletown, Connecticut for 1.) Two counts of a Violation of a District Court Protection Order - 1st Offense. 2.) Driving Without a License - 1st Offense. The arrest was the result of a motor vehicle stop on Route 95 South, in the Town of West Greenwich. Jackson was processed at the Hope Valley Barracks, arraigned by a Justice of the Peace, and released with future Third Division District Court Date.
