Seplat Energy Announce Acquisition of MPN Assets in Nigeria

On 25 February 2022, Seplat Energy Plc announced that it has entered an agreement to acquire the entire share capital of Mobil Producing Nigeria Unlimited ("MPNU"), Exxon Mobil Corporation's shallow water business in Nigeria.
