The best signals units of the Western Military District will be selected in the Leningrad region

Today at the Agalatovo training groud (Leningrad region) the qualifying stage of the international competition among signals units Confident Reception has started, during which the best signals units of the Western Military District will be selected.

Within the framework of the competition, the crews will deploy radio relay stations, satellite communication stations, complex hardware communications, command and staff vehicles, field command posts, wearable radio stations and carry out data transmission, the latest communication technology will be used.

Signalmen of the Baltic Fleet (Kaliningrad region), the tank army (Moscow region), the combined arms army (Voronezh region), as well as the combined arms army and the Leningrad army of the air force and air defence (Leningrad region) arrived to participate in the competition.
