Make sure your holiday season plans include the National Press Club's annual buffet dinner for members and guests at the Reliable Source restaurant on Thursday, Dec. 12.
Besides the sumptuous holiday feast, this year's event will be accompanied by cool jazz. The Renée Tannenbaum Trio, featuring vocalist Tannenbaum, a frequent performer at the Club, will entertain.
The buffet service will begin at 5:30 p.m., with the jazz following at 6 p.m. in the Truman Lounge. Price is $30 for Club members, $35 for nonmember guests.
Tannenbaum regularly performs around Washington at venues including Blues Alley, Mr. Henry's, Bistrot Lepic and the Smithsonian. She just recently completed a tour in Europe where she performed in Prague and Rome.
