Temporary System Disruption at Kuala Lumpur International Airport (klia2)

SEPANG, 4 NOVEMBER 2022 - AirAsia Malaysia (Flight Code: AK) would like to inform all guests that we are experiencing temporary system disruption at the Kuala Lumpur International Airport (klia2) terminal. The disruption was caused by underground cable cuts of the airport's system wires and is in the midst of being rectified.

This has affected our Check-in System. All relevant staff have been deployed to assist our guests on the ground as we expect the situation to continue throughout the day today.

Travellers are advised to check their AirAsia flight status through the airasia Super App and to reach the airport at least four hours in advance before their flight departure time. Guests are highly encouraged to conduct self check-in via the Super App. Mobile check-in is available from 14 days and up to four hours prior to departure.
