The Athens Stock Exchange, following today's session of its Corporate Actions Committee, announces that the following will be implemented:

  • Thursday, July 29th, 2021
    Commencement of trading of the shares of 'CRETE PLASTICS S.A.' (ISIN:GRS326003019) with new par value of €0.75 per share and ex-rights trading for the entitlement to the capital return of €0.45 per share, as part of the decrease in the par value of the shares of the company. The record date for the aforementioned corporate action is Friday, July 30th, 2021.
  • Monday, August 2nd, 2021
    Decrease in the share capital of 'INTRALOT S.A.' (ISIN:GRS343313003), as a result of the cancellation of 4,700,000 own common registered shares.
  • Wednesday, August 4th, 2021
    Commencement of trading of the shares of 'HELLENIC EXCHANGES - ATHENS STOCK EXCHANGE S.A.' (ISIN:GRS395363005) with new par value of €0.42 per share and ex-rights trading for the entitlement to the capital return of €0.07 per share, as part of the decrease in the par value of the shares of the company. The record date for the aforementioned corporate action is Thursday, August 5th, 2021.
