Cibus Nordic Real Estate AB (publ) has signed the acquisition of a
grocery store in Finland for EUR 6.8m. The property is acquired from a Finnish
institutional investor. The transaction is targeted to close on November 22,
2021.
The asset is located in Espoo approximately 12 km from the Helsinki city
centre and has a lettable area of around 2,900 sqm. The Property is fully let
to S Group with a long-term lease agreement.
