The City of Tracy Development Services Director will hold a Public Hearing on Monday, July 15, 2019, at 3:00 p.m. or as soon thereafter as possible, in Conference Room 120 of Tracy City Hall, 333 Civic Center Plaza Tracy, to consider:
D19-0020:Car Wash Queue Lane Modification at 1725 W. Eleventh Street - Assessor's Parcel Number 232-170-28. Applicant is James Kinney and Owner is Prime Shine, LLC/Mister Car Wash - Public hearing to consider a Development Review Permit application for the modification to a queue lane at the Prime Shine car wash. The modification includes adding a second queue lane and installing a canopy over the queue entrance. The project is categorically exempt from the California Environmental Quality Act pursuant to CEQA Guidelines Section 15303 pertaining to new construction of small structures.
