Clifford Chance advises Istithmar on sale of Inchcape Shipping Services to private equity firm Epiris

Leading international law firm Clifford Chance is advising long standing client Istithmar World PJSC on the sale of Inchcape Shipping Services (ISS), one of the world's largest maritime services providers, to London-based private equity firm Epiris.

ISS operates in more than 60 countries around the world, with a presence in more than 85% of the world's ports.

The Clifford Chance team was led by UAE Corporate/M&A partner Deniz Tas and drew expertise from various practice groups across its UAE, London, Milan, Paris, Amsterdam, Sydney, Washington, Beijing, Tokyo, Hong Kong and Singapore offices.
