Free Learning Series 'Little Kids, Big World'

BISMARCK, N.D. - Toddlers and preschoolers are invited to the free interactive learning series "Little Kids, Big World" at the North Dakota Heritage Center & State Museum in Bismarck. These interactive 30-minute programs introduce children to North Dakota's fascinating history. Children and their accompanying adult(s) are asked to meet at the west entrance information desk.

May 4 Cinco de Mayo, 2:30 and 3 p.m. Hear a story about Cinco de Mayo, and make your own piñata.

May 15 Superhero Arm Cuffs, 10 a.m. A superhero's costume isn't complete without arm cuffs. Get creative crafting your own power-inducing cuffs.

May 18 Flowerpots, 10 and 11 a.m. Listen to a story about flowers, and decorate your own flowerpot to take home.

May 25 Bubbles, 10 and 11 a.m. Blowing bubbles is a fun way to kick off summer. Let's create our own bubble wands, and blow bubbles outside.
