President Harutyunyan received representatives of the 'Union of the Wounded in the Artsakh War' NGO

On July 5, President of the Artsakh Republic Arayik Harutyunyan received representatives of the "Union of the Wounded in the Artsakh War" NGO, headed by chairman of the organization David Babayan.
The meeting addressed social problems of the wounded freedom fighters, as well as military-political and socio-economic situation created in the aftermath of the 44-day war.
Issues related to the ongoing activities aimed at overcoming the existing problems were also touched upon during the meeting.
President Harutyunyan highlighted the need for legislative initiatives for protecting the rights of military operations participants, which will allow finding solutions in conformity with the new reality.
