TietoEVRY completes the divestment of its software businesses Alystra, Jydacom and TRYGG/2000

On 13 October 2021, TietoEVRY announced an agreement with EG, to sell its software businesses Alystra, Jydacom and TRYGG/2000. Conditions to complete the divestment have now been fulfilled and the transaction is closed. The divestment is part of the company's strategy to seek focus and scale.

EG is a market leading vendor of industry-specific, standard software for Nordic private and public customers and the company employs about 1,500 people primarily in the Nordics. The transaction is a strategic fit to EG's existing portfolio.

Revenue of the divested businesses amounted to around EUR 13 million in 2020 and the number of employees is around 80 in Finland and in Sweden.
