Correction: Notice of Annual General Meeting 2022
OSLO, Norway (20 April 2022) - Reference is made to the announcement today
concerning notice for the annual general meeting of TGS ASA ("TGS" or the
"Company") to be held on 11 May 2022 at the Company's offices in Askekroken 11,
Oslo, Norway at 17:00 (Oslo time). An updated notice for the annual general
meeting together with relevant proxy cards and appendices is attached hereto
(English and Norwegian). The update relates to item 16 (board authorization to
distribute dividends), which now includes an authorization for the Board to
approve group contributions from TGS ASA to other group entities
("konsernbidrag").
The notice will be sent to all registered shareholders on 20 April 2022.
