Acquisition and Implementation of a Next Generation Security Incident

and Event Monitoring Solution

The Central Bank of The Bahamas (the Bank) is requesting proposals from interested and qualified firms to supply and implement a Next Generation Security Incident and Event Management solution (NG-SIEM). The purpose of this project is to aid the Bank with improved visibility, functionality and overall enhanced security monitoring, while providing a holistic and real-time view of its information security landscape. The NG-SIEM has a vast variety of capabilities beyond enhanced visibility such as proactive threat detection, continuous compliance and automatic containment and elimination of potential threats that will decrease the risk exposure to the Bank. As such, the Bank intends to implement a NG-SIEM capable of delivering on the requirements stated in this RFP.
