Chief of the Naval Staff hosted Veteran Naval Officers

Chief of the Naval Staff hosted Veteran Naval Officers and their spouses on 27 March 2022. The annual retired officers reunion lunch was hosted after a gap of two years due to the COVID pandemic. The gathering of veteran officers was briefed by the PSOs on the events/ activities of the past two years as also the latest personnel policies, operational events, materiel and assets maintenance management initiatives and other general development projects in the pipeline. The CNS interacted and conveyed the Navy's commitment to nation building, Jointness with the other Services, road map for the future, initiatives for our veterans and expectations of the Indian Navy from our experienced veterans. The event was truly a HANDSHAKE between the Veteran and the serving Naval officers.
