Tennant Updates Senior Leadership Team

Tennant Co. recently updated the company's senior leadership team with the appointments of two executives.

Barb Balinski has been named senior vice president and chief transformation officer. She has been with Tennant since 2018 and has served as chief innovation and technology officer (CI&TO) since 2021, leading the company's research and development, marketing, and IT functions. In her new role, Balinski will provide dedicated executive oversight to the company's business process transformation initiative.

Tennant also appointed Pat Schottler to the newly created role of senior vice president and chief marketing and technology officer. Schottler joined Tennant in 2011 after 11 years at Honeywell. In 2017, he was named head of the company's Asia-Pacific business, a role he held for five years before assuming responsibility for Tennant's global marketing and product development functions in late 2022.
