APRR and AREA motorways are launching Panorama, a brand new podcast that will bring enchantment back to your journeys

An ambitious production, the Panorama podcast brings to life the emblematic legends and figures of the regions crossed by the APRR and AREA motorways. A brand new podcast that reflects the motorway operator's desire to promote France's wealth of tourist attractions and heritage.

Ill-fated destinies, creatures of fantasy, noble knights, legendary artists... the Panorama podcast produced by the APRR and AREA motorways has sought out tales from the heart of the regions for the first twenty episodes of its first series, which are already available on all audio platforms.

These audio stories accompany drivers on a journey that they may take several times a year, without ever knowing all of the rich history of the territory. The series has been designed as an invitation to travel for city-dwellers in search of a get-away or new adventures, or for families looking for ideas for the weekend.

Panorama - a podcast promoting the attractions of our regions

Promoting the regions is important for the APRR and AREA motorways. With the renovation of their cultural and tourism road signs, designed by renowned artists, APRR wanted to put the spotlight on our local partners, an initiative focused totally on promoting the territory. The Panorama podcast fits in perfectly with this project. Produced with the same requirement for quality, it will boost the visibility of the regions by giving a new sensorial, auditory and cultural dimension to the road signs.

20 episodes for season 1

Like the current trend for series of this type, the Panorama episodes will be released in two parts. The first ten episodes are available now on all audio platforms (Apple Podcasts, Deezer, Spotify, etc.). Fans of the of the podcast will only have to wait a few weeks to listen to the remaining 10 episodes, which will be made available from mid-June, with two episodes coming out per month.
Do you know Anne-Charlotte de Chanlécy, D'Artagnan's real wife? Do you know why Camille Claudel wanted to become a sculptress? Do you know who Alphonse de Lamartine wrote this verse for: "Sometimes only one person is missing and the whole world seems deserted"? You'll find the answers to all these questions by listening to Panorama!

A 4-star cast

Who better than the true wordsmith that is Denis Podalydès, actor and member of the Comédie-Française, to bring to life these tales that are part of our collective imagination? And could anyone wish for better than a script written by Martin Quenehen, whose polished writing has already been much admired for the successful podcast Les Enquêtes du Louvre? Background sound has been produced by the talented Anna Buy, producer of the Ou peut-être une nuit and Culture Club podcasts. With the support of this team of professionals, the APRR and AREA motorways invite you to discover the brand new and ambitious podcast: Panorama. Time for you to enter the legend!
