Bonavista RCMP searching for man who escaped custody, seeks public's assistance

Bonavista RCMP is currently searching for 35-year-old Jonathan "Johnny" Templeman, who escaped lawful custody earlier this evening in the community of Bonavista. See photo attached.

Police do not believe there is a threat to public safety. Anyone who has information on the location of Templeman, or has seen him this evening, is asked to call Bonavista RCMP at 709-468-7333.
