FUELS - Faurecia Unites with Employees for Local Service
An annual charity campaign driven by our local teams around the world
Created in 2010 by Faurecia North America employees to fight hunger, the FUELS initiative has gradually expanded to a wider scope of causes and countries. Faurecians have always been keen on engaging in this campaign - and 2021 was no exception.
Accelerating our social impact with the Faurecia Foundation
Our company Foundation was created two years ago: the objective was to give employees more means and financial resources helping them to make a positive contribution to society. Since 2020, 14 employee-led projects have been supported in the fields of education, mobility, and the environment. The Foundation was also active in building external partnerships to provide support during the COVID-19 crisis and acted in favor of women's empowerment.
We're happy to release today the Foundation's 1st newsletter, coming back on those 2 years of engagement (check it out in the 'related documents' section).
New this year! A one-stop web platform dedicated to solidarity
Named "Faurecia Solidarity", this volunteering platform developed with the company Wenabi centralizes all solidarity actions across the Group: Faurecia Foundation projects, site actions and events, volunteering missions and donation campaigns. It will be opened to all Faurecians early 2022. In the meantime, a pilot version is already running in the United States and France.
