2022 Spring Field / Court Usage - Certificate of Insurance Required

Organizations are not permitted to use City fields or courts unless they have submitted certificate of insurance valid thru all dates of use which meets the City's requirements of:

All established organizations must complete the application and include a certificate of insurance in the amount of one million dollars, two million dollars aggregate, naming The City of Frederick/101 N Court St/Frederick/MD/21701 as additionally insured. This was to be submitted at time of application. Only a few organizations submitted them, and of those, few met the requirements.

Please obtain your insurance and check it to see if it complies with information stated above and is valid throughout the period of use. Once you have obtained insurance which meets these requirements, Email it ASAP to [email protected].
