Penn State Health Benefits Open Enrollment starts Nov. 3

Benefits Open Enrollment for Penn State Health employees takes place from Nov. 3-17. This is the one time a year that employees can make changes to their benefit elections, add or remove dependents and elect new or different coverage without experiencing a qualifying life event.

Information on what's new and what's changing this year is now available on the Virtual Benefits Fair, the primary destination for all 2022 benefit-related materials.

Employees can access the benefits fair from any device, including smartphones and tablets, 24 hours a day, seven days a week. Go to bit.ly/pshbenefits. (The URL is case-sensitive). Please note, for the best experience, Google Chrome or Safari is required.

Watch the pre-recorded town hall presentation. It is also available in the Virtual Benefits Fair by clicking the sign that says "Click here to view all 2022 benefit information."

Starting Wednesday, Nov. 3, employees can chat live with a member of the benefits team through the Virtual Benefits Fair from 7 a.m. till noon. The chat feature requires using Google Chrome or Safari. The benefits team will also schedule four additional times during open enrollment for a live chat.

The Open Enrollment newsletter, which includes complete information about benefits, will be mailed to employees at their home address in late October.

Employees who would like one-on-one support can call the HR Solution Center at 717-531-8440, Monday through Friday from 7 a.m. to 5 p.m. Support is also available through mySolutions, where employees can submit benefit questions any time, day or night.
