The Senate stands adjourned until 10:30am on Thursday, June 10, 2021.

Following Leader remarks, the Senate will proceed to Executive Session to resume consideration of Executive Calendar #131, Zahid N. Quraishi, of New Jersey, to be US District Judge for the District of New Jersey.

At 11:30am, the Senate will vote on the motion to invoke cloture on the Quraishi nomination. Following that vote, the Senate will vote on the motion to invoke cloture on Executive Calendar #129, Ketanji Brown Jackson, of the District of Columbia, to be US Circuit Judge for the DC Circuit.

If cloture is invoked on the Quraishi nomination, at approximately 1:45pm, the Senate will vote on confirmation of the nomination.

1. Motion to invoke cloture on Executive Calendar #131, Zahid N. Quraishi, of New Jersey, to be US District Judge for the District of New Jersey.

2. Motion to invoke cloture on Executive Calendar #129, Ketanji Brown Jackson, of the District of Columbia, to be US Circuit Judge for the DC Circuit.

1. If cloture is invoked, Confirmation of Zahid N. Quraishi, of New Jersey, to be US District Judge for the District of New Jersey.
