Community Mental Health Check-In

Stop by Marsh Creek Community CenteronSaturday, May 18 from 10 a.m. to 1 p.m. to experience a unique and engaging mental health awareness event.

Raleigh Parks in collaboration with the Jordan Porco Foundationwould like to invite you to a one-of-a-kind Community Mental Health Check-In Program at Marsh Creek Community Center for Mental Health Awareness Month.

The Check-In program was designed to be an uplifting mental health promotion program that creates an approachable atmosphere that fosters dialogue about mental well-being.

  • Increase awareness of mental health resources and services available
  • Reduce Stigma and misconceptions around mental health and suicide that often deter individuals from seeking help.
  • Increase willingness to ask for help if experiencing emotional distress.

Cost: Free
Registration: No registration is required to attend.
However, spaces are limited for fitness demonstrations and pre-event registration is required.
