AM Best and Best's Insurance Professional Resources havereleased the latest installment of the Best's Insurance Law Podcast series, which examines timely insurance issues from a legal perspective.
This episode discusses risk management guidelines, the need for pre-event waivers, and the importance of accident prevention within amusement parks, sporting events and other entertainment.
The podcast features Attorneys Lary Zucker and Sara Mazzolla of the law firm Marshall Dennehey Warner Coleman & Goggin.
