Informational Notice: Meeting for Site Plan and Design Review – 1905 S Webster Ave

An application has been received from General Capital Acquisitions, LLC. requesting a Site Plan and Design Review and a Public Hearing Design Exception for the construction of a five (5) story mixed-use building located at 1905 S. Webster Avenue, parcels AL-50-10 & AL-50-9-3.

This request will be the subject of a Plan Commission Meeting to be held on MONDAY, JANUARY 24, 2022 AT 6:00 P.M. AT THE VILLAGE HALL, 1900 LIBAL STREET, GREEN BAY, WI 54301. As a property owner within a 200' radius of the aforementioned property, you are invited to attend the meeting.

Please note this parcel is zoned MX1 District, which allows for a four (4) story building and the proposed development use by right. The Plan Commission shall determine if the development is in compliance with the site plan and design standards required for this land use in the Village Zoning Ordinances (Chapter 475) and whether an additional story (i.e. 5th story) is warranted. The Plan Commission will then make a recommendation to the Village Board for final approval on a separate date.
