DEQ accepting public comments on underground storage tank rules

Portland, OR-The Oregon Department of Environmental Quality is accepting public comments on a proposed rulemaking for the underground storage tank program. The rulemaking would update testing and inspection requirements, update standards for tanks and revise annual tank fees, among other things.

Under this rulemaking, DEQ would approve rule amendments to divisions 150 and 151 under Oregon Administrative Rule 340.

Public Participation
