Washington, D.C. - House Foreign Affairs Committee Lead Republican Michael McCaul joined Washington Post Live yesterday to discuss securing cyberspace against the U.S's foreign adversaries.
On Russian cyber-attacks:
"There's a lot of talk that Russia had not conducted a cyberattack in advance of the invasion. That's just simply not correct. They did attack the satellite systems… Hit a lot of command and control systems."
